Accessing Anticoagulation Manager

If the patient is eligible for Anticoagulation the following options become available:

• Alert screen - An alert prompt in Consultation Manager shows missing or incomplete Anticoagulation data.

• Anticoagulation Manager Template - You can access the Anticoagulation Manager template.

• Warfarin Monitor - This option takes you directly to the Warfarin Dosing screens and bypasses the Anticoagulation Manager Template.

• Practice Defaults - Practice defaults allow you to set system wide defaults for assisting in the management of your Anticoagulation patients.
