Oxford Knee Score Questionnaire

The Oxford Knee Score Questionnaire (OKS) is a 12-item patient-reported questionnaire designed and developed to assess function and pain after total knee replacement (TKR) surgery (arthroplasty).

Accessing the Oxford Knee Score Questionnaire

1. From Consultation Manager, select Vision+ from the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Other - Oxford Knee Score.

   

2. The Oxford Knee Score Questionnaire displays.

   

3. Select OK to save the result to the patient's record or OK & Attach to also save the questionnaire.
4. The appropriate clinical term saves to the patient's record.
