Items Not Included in the National Summary

The following list shows the items that cannot be included in the National Summary:

• Non-medication items with no Read code
• Inactive Repeats from GP2GP messages
• Recalls
• Attachments, letters and Referral Message Digest items for the NHS Referral Service
• IOS Entries
• Consultations

If you try to add data to the National Summary that is not permitted, you will be prompted with the following message: "Failed to add some or all of the selected items to the Include list. These items may already be in the list or may not be eligible to be added to the list." Click OK to close.
