Disease Registers

There are no specific Read codes that Vision 3 uses to signify that a patient has been placed on one of the chronic disease registers. Vision 3 uses the diagnosis code, for example, H33 Asthma for the Asthma register. Patients on registers have the text "Placed on register" on their diagnosis record.
