Logging into Vision

The following steps detail how to logon to Vision. Please ensure that you have selected the correct establishment from the site option before entering your login name and password.

1. From your Windows desktop, double click .
2. The Vision Login displays.

   

3. Check the Site option to see which prison is current selected. To choose a different prison, click change and select the required prison from the list.

   

4. Next, type your login name into the Login Name box. Your login name is allocated to you by a system administrator.
5. Enter your Vision password in the Password box. As a security measure, no characters are displayed as you type in the Password box.
   Note - Your password expires after 90 days and has to be renewed. A valid password consists of an alpha-numeric combination of characters between 6 and 12 characters long.
6. Click OK.
