Event Log - Patient Merge

The Event Log records audit trail details of all patient merges undertaken.

To check patient merges in the Event Log:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Event Log .
  2. From Event Type, select either:
    • Patient Merge Started - To view merged patients whose clinical records have not been checked.
    • Patient Merge Complete - To view merged patients whose clinical records have been checked.
  3. Check and update the From and To Date if required:

  4. Select Search.

To view the details of an individual record select the line required and the details are displayed in the Details section.
