Record Flags - When a new patient is registered (Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

1. When a patient is registered, the TP request and receive the patient's medical records from the previous GP.
2. They are then forwarded to your GP practice, and a MRS Medical Records Sent Transaction is sent, Records sent by TP is ticked in the check box on the Registration screen, and a date is entered in Date records sent by TP.
3. Once the records are received at the practice, you need to remove the tick in Records sent by TP for each approved patient.
