Finding Unassigned Mail

To find all your messages that do not have a valid patient assigned:

  1. From the folder list, select Incoming Mail.
  2. From the message view, select the Patient column header. The list sorts alphabetically with those patient names preceded by an asterisk at the top:

Note - Only messages you have the rights to see display.
