Populate Problems

Populate Problems allows you to add a problem to a group of patients' records in Consultation Manager.

For example:

• A group of patients created by Clinical Audit.
• From Patient Groups, you can make them into a Work Group, saving them with a descriptive name.
• Then using Populate Problems, to add a problem with a relevant clinical term to each patient's record.

Using Searches and Populate Problems, these screens may be populated.
