Disaster Planning - Tell Your Staff
Run training sessions to make sure all your GPs and staff are aware of what to do if a disaster occurs. Some may be given specific tasks, such as recording new patient registrations. Emphasise that everyone is responsible for information security, but don't make your security so rigid that it causes inflexibility.
