Plan How to Manage if Disaster Strikes

Make sure that proper precautions are taken by everyone to implement plans for network interruptions. For example, the phones in Reception won't stop ringing because the server is down, so prescriptions may have to be hand-written until the server is up again. Each department should work out strategies for such occurrences. If the proper precautions are taken, the server can be rebuilt quickly and operations can still continue.
