eMR+ from Medi2data

eMR+ and eMR+ lite are applications that work with Vision 3 to allow you to create various standard and reports for your patients directly from their medical record, for example, Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Insurance reports.
When a report is generated from eMR+ or eMR+ lite, an entry is added to the patient s clinical record:

Insurance Reports - A clinical entry with an attachment of the report created.

All other reports - A clinical entry.
