Currently Relevant Problem

There is always a Currently Relevant problem on a Problem List, you cannot edit or delete it.

All data entries are entered into the Currently Relevant problem, just like the Journal view. To see all the data items within the Currently Relevant problem, you can either:

Select the black Currently Relevant line to expand it, or

Select Summary - Currently Relevant to view the data entries in a tabular format.

Note - To print this topic select Print

in the top right corner and follow the on-screen prompts.
