Gateway Password Management
When you log into your gateway for the first time, you must change your password for security purposes:

Username - Enter the user name provided.

Password - Enter the password provided.

Confirm New Password - Re-enter you new password
Select Update Password, to confirm the change.
When your password expires, there is a grace period, followed by a warning period, during which time you should enter a new password.
Training Tip - If you experience any issues with your gateway user names and passwords, please contact your local health board (Scotland and Northern Ireland) or Digital Health and Care Wales (Wales).
