Accessing the Referrals Worklist

To access your gateway Referrals Worklist:

1. From Consultation Manager , optionally, select a patient to view their specific referrals.

2. Select Summary -

• SCI Gateway for Scotland.

• WCCG for Wales.

• CCG for Northern Ireland.

3. Log on to your gateway if required and select Message - Referral.
4. The Referral Worklist displays:

   

5. Select the required referral and complete any outstanding task(s). You can filter different referral status by selecting the Filter column and selecting from the list. Incomplete referrals have the status of In Progress. You can also filter by :
   • Draft to be checked by GP
   • Submitted
   • Cancelled
6. The referral status updates to Submitted:

   

   Training Tip - If processing multiple gateway referrals you should always check the status of the referrals by logging in to your gateway in Practice Context and reviewing referrals that are still In Progress, if they have been successfully sent then the status displays as Submitted.
