What information is held on the Summary?

The summary shows three panes:

The header section - See National Summary Header for details.
Core Data and Additional Information - See SCR Core Data and Additional Information for details.
Additional Information that is withheld - See Summary Care Record Withheld Data for details.

All patients have any additional information automatically included or withheld. Where patients consent to core data only, the additional information items display greyed out and are not included in the Summary Care Record (SCR). The items display for patients who consent to core data and additional information:
