Edit Weekly Plans

You can easily change the weekly plans as needed.

  1. From the Appointments Setup menu select Weekly plans .
    See Appointments Setup Menu for more information.
  2. Select the plan you want to update.
  3. The Edit and Delete options display.
  4. Select the Edit button. The weekly plan displays.
  5. The following options are available:
  6. Note - A Conflict alert displays if you try to insert a session that overlaps another. Choose Remove to take out the existing session and proceed.
  7. Select the Save button at the bottom right to update the plan with the changes.

  8. The Weekly plans list displays.
  9. Select Save to save your changes, Reset to cancel any changes or Sort (A-Z) to reorder the list.

Updating Rows

The following notifications display on the screen when additions, modifications and deletions are made:

  • Addition - Adding a new row.

  • Modification - Modifying an existing row.

  • Deletion - Deleting rows.

Note - The notifications disappear once you save or reset the changes, a warning symbol displays if the change cannot be made, for example, if the name is already in use.
