Shared Access is for information purposes only, you cannot record data in Shared Access. The following tabs display:
- Summary (default view) - Displays Current problems, Current medication, Allergies and Adverse Reactions and Recent Tests.
- Pat Details - Displays patient demographics, registered practice and GP.
- Problems - Displays Current and Past Problems.
- Diagnosis - Displays Medical History.
- Medications - Displays Current Medication, Past Medication and Repeat Issues.
- Procedures - Displays Operations and Immunisations.
- Investigations - Displays Recent Tests, Biochemistry, ECG, Haematology, Imaging, Microbiology, Cytology, Others, Physiology and Urinalysis.
- Examinations - Displays Blood Pressure, Weight, Height, Peak Flow, Oxygen Saturation, Pulse, Respiration and Temperature.
