How do I...?
Select the topics below to learn more about what you can do in Appointments:

If you have no session type for Vaccination Clinics you need to set one up.

Create a vaccination slot type to use throughout your sessions. Slot Types can be configured as web bookings, GP Connect bookings (England only) and to show an advisory message as required.

A session contains all of your appointment slots and must be in place before you can book an appointment.

A printed list of today's appointments can be handy in the unlikely event of a system failure.

To enable you to run your surgeries and clinics in the event of network issues, you can now export your Appointments lists to either a PDF (printable) or a CSV file (Microsoft Excel) format.
You may want to run this each evening for the following day.
