Summary Report

The Summary Report initially displays on-screen and shows one line of registration information consisting of patient:

• Surname

• Forename

• Date of birth

• NHS No

• Sex

• Date Accepted

• Registered GP

• Registration Status

This report does not display any clinical information or patient addresses.

The total number of patients in the report displays at the bottom.

When the report displays the following options are available, some may be greyed out, if for example there isn't a Next Page to view:

• Zoom In
• Zoom Out
• Two Page
• One Page
• Next Page
• Prev Page
• Print
• Close

Summary reports initially display in alphabetical order by surname, to change the report format, select Options.
