Patient Contacts

The report divides the patient's contacts into those that are contacts;

  • Never been a patient in the practice (i.e. outside contacts possible consent required)
  • Patients in the same practice (including transferred out)

The report displays the free text relationship, Carer and NOK details with relevant demographic information recorded.
