Yellow Card

The Yellow Card report provides details of items that have been printed, saved and sent. However, it only includes drug allergies where "Send Yellow Card" is selected in the Drug Allergy and Intolerance entity, for example, it does not include old drug allergies that have not been sent.

This has been tested this in Excel 2007 and 2010.
