Welcome to the Search and Reports Help Centre

Vision 3 includes a suite of utilities to enable you to find and report on patients with almost any clinical or administrative records. They are designed to assist you in providing the best level of care for your patients.

This Help Centre details all aspects of the Search and Reports module within Vision 3.

Search and Reports includes:

  • Predefined reports.

  • The ability to design and create your own searches and save the results as a group for further action.

  • The ability to group searches together, schedule them and run them in a batch.

  • Output results on screen, as a printable report or export a file to Excel.

  • The ability to import and export searches with other Vision 3 users.

The following are also available for monitoring and reporting purposes:

  • Clinical Audit - Clinical Audit automatically runs a suite of predefined searches every night. These provide a snapshot of progress in key areas, along with the relevant patient details which include eligible patients with outstanding clinical needs.

  • Patient Groups - Allows further manipulation of the patient groups created by searches and the daily Clinical Audit generation, for example, bulk generation of letters and recalls.

  • Vision+ - A suite of reports for managing national contracts and assist with monitoring local requirements. With the facility to send SMS messages for calls and recalls.
