Registration Re-acceptance for Deductions Reason - Removal to new TP/HB/CSA

If the deduction is a Removal to new TP/HB/CSA you see the Notes on Re-acceptance screen when you re-accept the patient:

Complete as appropriate:

• GP Notes - Enter any appropriate notes as required.
• TP - Displays your TP, this cannot be updated.
• Registered TP - The registered GP is the patient's current registered GP.
• Place of birth - This only displays if the patient does not have a valid NHS/H+C number.

Scotland

For practices in Scotland, if the deduction is a Removal to new TP/HB/CSA you see the Notes on Re-acceptance screen when you re-accept the patient:

Complete as appropriate:

• GP Notes - Enter any appropriate notes as required.
• HB - Update if required.
