Removing a patient from a care home

To remove a patient from a care home:

1. From the Pharmacy Manager Side Navigation Bar select MDS .

2. From the Care home drop down menu, select the required care home.

3. Select the patient you want to remove and select Remove patient from home :

   

4. The Remove Patient screen displays. Select Yes to confirm:

   

5. The patient is removed from the care home.
