External Fulfilment - Rejected

The External - Rejected tab displays a list of items that have been sent to the wholesaler for Golden Tote fulfilment but have been subsequently rejected.

To view the External screen, from the new Dispensing screen, select the External tab.

Patients in this list have rejected items.

Select from the following options:

• CREATE OWING - To create an owing for this item. The item displays in Owings screen.

• MAKE LOCAL - To fulfil this item locally. The item labels print for this item and, if Accuracy Check is enabled, an updated picking list prints.

• RESEND ITEMS - To resend the selected items. You must select at least one entry for the option to display, tick individual items or tick the column header to select all patients.
