Patient Details - History
The Patient Details - History tab displays the audit trail of events for the selected patient. This includes interactions, deleted items, Owings and notes if they were in a nursing home:
To access the Patient Details - History tab, either:

From the Find Patient screen, find the patient and then select Details or press Alt + D on your keyboard.

From the Dispensary screen, select either:
- Information next to the patient's name:

F3 on your keyboard, this opens the Patient Details screen on the Other tab.

Or, F6 on your keyboard, this opens the Patient Details screen on the Medication tab.
Navigate to the History tab.
From the Patient Details - History tab you can view or update the following:
You can easily filter and sort the data on the History tab:

Filter by Date - Filter the data by either:

All - Select to view all historic data for the patient.

Last 30 days - Select to view the historic data from the last 30 days, From and To display the date range selected.

Last 6 months - Select to view the historic data from the last 6 months, From and To display the date range selected.

Last year - Select to view the historic data for the last year, From and To display the date range selected.

Other - Select a date range using the From and To dates.
Select Display to update the historic data.

Filter by Category - Select to view a particular event type, for example, Owings or Repeat Requests. Select Display to update the historic data.

Sort Data - Select a column header to sort the data, for example, by Date.
The historic data that displays includes:

Dispensed Item

Dispensed Item - Deleted

Patient Reminder

Patient Intervention

Acknowledgement - An acknowledgement of an important sensitivity.

MUR Review

NMS Activity

Owing

Owing - Collected

Owing - Written Off

Sensitivity - An important condition or sensitivity is added to the patient's record.

Monitored Dosage System (MDS) Entry/Removal - The point at which a patient enters or is removed from the MDS system.

Message Dynamics
The following symbols may display alongside historic data:
Symbol | Description |

Displays beside an item where:

Indicates more than one item has been reconciled. |

Indicates the item is an Appliance Contractor item. | |
Indicates an additional item was dispensed, such as water for an injection. |
The following options are available:

Intervene - Select Intervene to initiate an intervention, see The intervention wizard for details.

Delete - Select Delete to delete the selected event.

Reprint - Select Reprint to reprint labels.

Collect - Select Collect to set an Owing as collected.

Details - Select Details to view more details, for example:

For an Acknowledgement, select Details to view the acknowledgement and the user details:

For a Dispensed Item, select Details to view the Prescription Item Details screen for the dispensed medication, see Prescription item details for details.

For a Modified Item, select Details to view the Modified Item Details screen:

From the bottom of the Patient Details - History screen you can select:

Delete - A warning displays, you can only delete the patient from the Patient tab.

OK - To save the changes and close the Patient Details screen.

Cancel - To close the Patient Details screen without saving any changes.

Apply - To save any changes made but leave the form on your screen. You can then select Close to close the Patient Details screen when you are ready.
