PatDetails - CMS Data tab

 

You can view a CMS patient time-line which provides an overview of progress with a CMS prescription.

  • Click and identify the patient whose time-line you wish to view.

  • Click the CMS Data tab.

  • Make any adjustment to the from/to date range that you require.

The patient time-line is displayed showing items, iterations and the current status of each iteration

 

 

Scroll sideways (initially to the right) to bring information into view.

The next dispensing date for any outstanding iterations is shown.

If you want to adjust the next dispensing date - perhaps the patient has a small  surplus of medication and they have indicated they do not require the next iteration.

  • Highlight the first iteration that remains

  • Click the Set next date button

  • Input the adjusted date you require the next iteration to commence.

  • Click the OK button

  • The system recalculates the dates for all remaining iterations.

  • In the illustrations below, the date shows 05/12/2017 and is changed to 18/01/2018

  • All the subsequent iterations are aligned to this new date.

If you input an invalid date, the system alerts you accordingly. The new date cannot be earlier than the first iterations date.
