New Medicine Service (NMS) Activity Report
Note - NMS functionality is available in England only.
You can produce a report of NMS activity - including the
candidates that have consented or those who qualify for the service.

From the Pharmacy Manager Side Navigation Bar select Reports

From the list of available reports, select New Medicine Service Activity report and then select Run:

The Run Report "New Medicine Service Activity report" screen displays:

Double click on the below options to set the following:
Date Range Filter

Set the date range required.
Training Tip - Type a Full Stop . and then press Enter on your keyboard to enter today's date.

Select OK
.
Select output destination

Select either:
-
Print/Preview - Opens a preview of the report.

Save to report directory - To save the report to your system.
Training Tip - To view saved reports, from the Reports screen select View - Saved Reports.

Send to Network Manager - Enter your Network Manager Account details.

Send to Branch Manager.

Select OK
.

Select OK
to finish.

The report displays or is saved to
the specified location:
Note - If you have recently changed systems, you may want to check the patient's history to ensure that they are due for an NMS in case that historic data isn't being counted.
Note - It is important to note that payment for providing the NMS is not made
on a per completed NMS episode basis. Instead payment is based on the
performance of each pharmacy in maximising the completions achieved from
the expected NMS opportunities. Pharmacy Manager does not provide any
reports for submitting to the authorities. Furthermore, pharmacy records
for the service require maintaining to support the delivery of
the service and audit. Pharmacy Manager does not provide either scheduling
functionality for patient consultations or follow-up appointments, nor
the means of recording outcomes of any such patient appointments.
