Reset Interaction Search Period
This bulk operation sets a default search period for interaction checking during dispensing, for all patients. Use this bulk operation as follows.
1. We recommend that you do a backup, in case the results are not what you expected.
2. Set the new default Interaction Search Length (months) in Pharmacy Details.
Menu > Tools > Pharmacy details > Checking tab > Interactions and Contraindications section
From the Tools menu, select Pharmacy Details
and click on the Checking tab.
In the Interactions and Contraindications section, there is a value
for the default interaction search length (in months). Although this value
is normally six months, you can change it to a different value to meet
your personal preferences.

Click on the OK button to close the Pharmacy Details screen.
3. Run the Bulk operation.
Menu > Tools > Bulk Operations > Reset Interaction Search Period
From the Tools menu, select Bulk Operations

Click on Reset Interaction Search Period (you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the list to locate this) and then click on the Next button.

Click on the Start button. The system will now search through your patients and make the changes.

When complete, click on the Next button;

Click on the Finish button;
