Updating a Patient's GP Details

You can add, edit or delete a patient's GP details from the Patient Details section.

To add a patient's GP details:

  1. Select ADD GP PRACTICE .

  2. The GP Practice Search screen displays. You must enter search criteria in at least one of the following sections: Practice Name, Address or Postcode and then select SEARCH .

    Training Tip - Select Close to close the GP Practice Search screen.
  3. Select the GP practice from the available list:

The GP Details display in Patient Details.

Select EDIT to edit the patient's GP details, or select DELETE to delete the patient's GP details.
