Tile Alert System
The Uncollected Prescription tiles have a colour coded alert system to highlight when prescriptions remain uncollected for long periods of time. The alert system consists of three time brackets, which are outlined below:
- It displays in red when a prescription is uncollected for 56 days or more.
- It displays in amber when a prescription is uncollected for 42 days or more.
- It displays in black when a prescription is uncollected for 28 days or more.
By default, the Uncollected Prescription tiles shows the prescriptions that are uncollected for the longest time period. After these prescriptions are collected by the patient, the prescriptions that are uncollected for the next longest period of time display.
For example, there are 30 prescriptions that are uncollected for 56 days or more. After these prescriptions are collected, the tile updates and displays the prescriptions that are uncollected for 42 days or more.
