Returning shelf stock to the RoboPharma robot

  • On the RoboPharma interface, click Input Products

  • At Please select an option, click the and choose Shelf stock from within the pharmacy.

  • At Enter product code or scan product, input the barcode by either scanning or typing.

  • At Input Amount, type the number of packs being transferred and then click Send Product.

  • The input amount is displayed above a yellow Done button. Click the Done button.

  • Click End Input to finish.

For example, you have 116 Ibuprofen 400mg tablets on the shelf and wish to return one pack of 84. Follow the above steps remembering that the input amount is 1 (pack). Once the steps have been completed on the RoboPharma interface, a cross check in Pharmacy Manager will show the same stock total but a split of 84 in the robot and only 32 on the shelf.

  • Click Tools > Inquiry > Product > Find Product

  • Type in the first few letters of the item you wish to find e.g. ibupr 400

  • Click OK

  • Highlight the product and click Details

  • Continue by clicking the Ordering tab

  • Highlight the manufacturer of the Ibuprofen 400mg e.g. Hillcross

  • Click the Details button

  • On the next display, click the Robot Details tab. This will display a split of 84 in the robot and only 32 on the shelf.

You are prevented if you attempt to book in more stock from the shelf than exists. On the robot interface, as you are performing the stock input, an alert - Not enough shelf stock to transfer - appears
