Put Order on Hold

You can set a Held Order status.

Sometimes orders take a long time to fulfil. A wholesaler's depot may be out of stock, so they forward it to another depot, and delays occur.

To cope with these circumstances, there is an option to hold back items.

To put an item on hold:

  • Highlight the item and press &; or go into

 

Menu > Item > Held Back

 

The item status changes to Held. & will toggle it back again, should you change the wrong line by mistake.

When you receive the order, book it in as normal.
 

     Remember - use keyboard shortcuts such as plus the underlined letter.It's quicker and easier!
