How do I reset my password?

You can amend your password once logged in to Patient Services:

  1. From Patient Services, select My Account .
  2. Select Password Reset.
  3. Enter your old password in Old Password.
  4. Enter your new password in New Password.
  5. Now, re-enter your new password in Confirm Password.
  6. Select Update to save your changes.
  7. A confirmation message is displayed.
Remember - Your new password must meet the criteria shown on the screen.
