Understanding Your Messaging Screen
Note - This functionality is only available if your GP Surgery has enabled it.
Once you select Messaging from the Welcome screen, the Messaging screen displays:
The screen consists of:
- Not read by Clinician - Everything above this line has been seen by your surgery, everything below this line has yet to be seen.
- You - Any messages you have sent to your surgery, see Sending a Message to your Surgery for details.
- Practice - Any messages your practice has sent you. Remember - You are notified if a message has been sent to you by email to the verified email address you have provided your surgery, see Receiving a Message from your Surgery for details.
- Type a message - Enter your message here, a maximum of 1000 characters.
- Send - Select to send the message you have entered.
