Logged in Users

Sometimes a user can be locked out of their account, for example, the user's browser or device may have closed unexpectedly.

When trying to log back in a notification "A user has already logged in using this account" displays:

The system automatically unlocks the account after 10 minutes. Alternatively, an administrator can release the locked account.

  1. From the main Dashboard select Administration.

  2. Logged in Users displays as the default view, alternatively select from the Users drop-down menu.

    A list of Active Users for your organisation displays.

  3. Select the locked user, Clear Login displays on the toolbar.
  4. Select Clear Login.
    A notificaiton displays "Do you wish to clear this logged in user?".

  5. Select Yes to clear the lock.

    The user can now log back in.
