Logged in Users
Sometimes a user can be locked out of their account, for example, the user's browser or device may have closed unexpectedly.
When trying to log back in a notification "A user has already logged in using this account" displays:
The system automatically unlocks the account after 10 minutes. Alternatively, an administrator can release the locked account.
- From the main Dashboard select Administration.
- Logged in Users displays as the default view, alternatively select from the Users drop-down menu.
A list of Active Users for your organisation displays.
- Select the locked user, Clear Login displays on the toolbar.
- Select Clear Login.
A notificaiton displays "Do you wish to clear this logged in user?". - Select Yes to clear the lock.
The user can now log back in.
