Licences - Overview
Licences control which products an organisation or practice has access to, this is reflected by the available apps on the Outcomes Manager home screen.
These volume licences are initially allocated to your organisation during the Outcomes Manager configuration. Any changes to your licensing will be through your Account Manager.
As the Organisation Administrator or Organisation Controller you control which licences are allocated to users:
Example Organisational Licences:
- Pathway Developer
- Questionnaires
- Reporting Dashboard
- Service Management Dashboard
- SMS Dashboard
- Vision +
- Workflow/Guideline Designer
- Workflow/Guideline Review
Licences are managed on a User basis, select a User to see allocated Licences.
