There are two versions of Outcomes Manager - Standard Edition and Professional Edition.

If you have the Standard Edition license and access part of Outcomes Manager which is in the Professional Edition a message displays “This is a feature of Outcomes Manager Pro Version. Please contact your local Account Manager about licensing."
