Editing Staff Details
To update a member of staff's details, for example, their address, phone number or email:
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - File Maintenance.
- From the Staff tab, highlight the member of staff required and select Edit
.
- Select the Addresses tab.
- Update as required:
- Addresses - Add or update if required and select OK.
- Communications Nos - Add at least a valid email address for each staff member:
- Contact - Enter the contact detail
- Type of Contact - Select from the available list:
- Select OK to save.
