Editing Staff Details

To update a member of staff's details, for example, their address, phone number or email:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - File Maintenance.
  2. From the Staff tab, highlight the member of staff required and select Edit .
  3. Select the Addresses tab.
  4. Update as required:
    • Addresses - Add or update if required and select OK.
    • Communications Nos - Add at least a valid email address for each staff member:
      • Contact - Enter the contact detail
      • Type of Contact - Select from the available list:

      • Select OK to save.
  5. Select OK to save.
