Consultation Manager Setup
To standardise the way Health Board Call Handlers (HBCH) use Consultation Manager, we have created a standard Consultation Manager Set up and a specific data entry form called the Health Board Call Handlers Guideline.
To apply these options:

After you create an HBCH user, see Adding Staff in Vision 3 for details, select Apps Controller
from the Vision 3 front screen. -
Select System Utilities

Select User Profile Manager
. -
From Saved Profile, select 'HBCH Setup' and select To User
. -
The Select Users screen displays, tick Select All to add all staff.

Select OK to save.
