Removing a Message Redirection
To remove a redirect:
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance - Msg Redirection .
- Right click on the divert to remove and select Cancel.
- A confirmation screen displays, select OK.
- The 'Are you sure you wish to cancel this message redirection' message displays, select Yes.
Viewing Expired or Cancelled Redirections
To display expired or cancelled redirections for audit purposes:
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance - Msg Redirection .
- Right click on the mailbox you are interested in and select Show Expired and/or Show Cancelled:
- Any expired or cancelled redirections display.
