Removing access to a Mailbox
All access rights to an individual mailbox can be removed in one step, saving you from having to remove each users rights one by one:
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance - Staff Access .
- Right click on the name of the staff member whose mailbox you want to remove rights from and select Remove Access to this Staff.
- When prompted to confirm access removal, select Yes.
- All access rights to the selected mailbox are now removed.
