Vaccine Usage Reporting - Public Health England
Introduction
In order to improve local and central stock management and prevent wastage of vaccinations, various immunisation uptake reports are automatically submitted to ImmForm from your Vision 3 system.
The Vaccine Usage screen consists of two sections:
- Consent to send Vaccine Usage and Practice Cohort reports to ImmForm for the Vaccine Supply Programme - Do not select this option as the report has been withdrawn by Public Health England (PHE).
- Consent to send Vaccine Uptake reports to ImmForm - Tick to consent to send Vaccine Uptake reports to Immform, see Setting Consent for Sending Uptake Reports for details.
