Subscribing to a Formulary

If your practice has one or more parent organisations associated, for example, Health Board, CCG or Federation, any released formularies display in your formulary list.

These formularies are authored and maintained by the parent organisation, double click to view the contents.

Note - Parent Organisation formularies cannot be edited.

You can subscribe to these formularies, which makes them available to the prescribers in your practice.

Alternatively, you can clone a parent organisation formulary, however, this removes the links to the source formulary and any future changes to the formulary are not reflected in your cloned copy.

Subscribe

  1. From the Formulary List, select Options to the right of the formulary.
    The menu displays.

  2. Choose Subscribe.
    The view refreshes with the status Subscribed.

Stop Subscription

  1. From the Formulary List, select Options to the right of the formulary.
    The menu displays.

  2. Choose Stop Subscription.
    The view refreshes with the status Unsubscribed.
