Using the Formulary Management Tool

Contact Vision to gain access to your copy of the Formulary Management Tool.

Note - Internet access is required to access Formulary Management Tool.
  • You need a log-in and password to access the Formulary Management Tool.
    The log-in may be either at parent organisation level, for example, a health board, or at a practice level.
    If you have both types of access available, select the appropriate role when logging in.
    Note - Keep your log-in and password secure at all times.
  • Parent organisations create and maintain formularies, once published these are available for use by practices.
  • Vision maintain the practice and parent organisation relationships.
  • Practices can view and subscribe to any associated parent organisation formularies and can also create and maintain their own formularies for in-practice use.
  • Only the creator of a formulary can update it.
Note - The formulary maintenance tool does not perform any clinical checking of default doses, quantities or the suitability of a treatment protocol tag. The clinical accuracy and efficacy of the formulary is entirely the responsibility of the creator of the formulary.

This Formulary Management Tool is supported by Vision. You must contact your practice administrator or Vision if you need help accessing or using the app.
