Welcome to the Formulary Management Tool

The Cegedim Formulary Management Tool (FMT) app enables you to create and maintain one to many formularies for use within a prescribing system.

A formulary is a subset of prescribable drugs/products that help to direct prescribers towards the most appropriate, evidence based and cost effective items. These can be selected from the current Dictionary of Medicines and Devices (DM+D).

The Cegedim Formulary Management Tool has the following functionality.

• Formularies are stored in the in a central database rather than locally.
• Formulary changes are versioned and are published to use at your discretion.
• Formulary outputs XML format; this can be easily integrated into systems where formularies may be required.
