DocHub Release 1.1 - Summary of Changes

DocHub release 1.1 includes the following new features and improvements:

  • Tasks Indicator - When viewing a list of documents, an indicator displays to highlight documents that have been through the workflow process, for example, a task has been created:

  • Downloading Documents - You can now download a document while another user is editing it.

  • Linked Document - When creating a task for a document, if you select the Linked To document it now opens in a new tab:

  • Upload Failures - You are now notified of upload failures when uploading documents to DocHub:

  • Troubleshooting - Errors now display if there is a fault when saving, filing a document, attaching a document to a patient or removing a document from a patient.

Previous Releases

DocHub release 1.0 introduces the following new feature:

  • DocHub - An application designed to enable you to process, file, summarise and workflow your incoming documents. Can be used in conjunction with the Cegedim Healthcare Solutions scanning solution, ZeDOC, to provide a complete end to end document management system.

ZeDOC release 1.0 introduces the following new features:

  • ZeDOC - An application designed to enable you to scan incoming documents in order to attach them to a patient record. Can be used in conjunction with Cegedim Healthcare SolutionsDocHub, to provide a complete end to end document management system.
