Scoring the Reported Edmonton Frail Scale (out of a score of 17):
- 0-5 - Not Frail
- 6-7 - Apparently Vulnerable
- 8-9 - Mild Frailty
- 10-11 - Moderate Frailty
- 12-17 - Severe Frailty
Accessing the Edmonton Frail Scale
- From Consultation Manager, select Vision+ from the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Other - Edmonton Frail Scale:
- The Edmonton Frail Scale displays:

Complete the questionnaire by selecting an option under each heading.

On completion of all the questions the Clinical term, Event Date and Score display at the base of the screen.
- Select OK to save the score to the patient's record or OK & Attach to also record the questionnaire:
- The appropriate clinical term saves to the patient's record:
- To view an attachment, from patient's record, right click on the attachment entry and select View Attachment. The attachment displays as a PDF:
