SCR - Already Run to Completion
If the National Summary Initial Upload has already run to completion and you try to run it again, the following message displays 'The Initial Upload of summaries to PSIS has run through to completion. You should not normally need to re-run the upload unless you have notification of failure through Mail Manager or been instructed to do so by the HelpLine or PCT':
